Landlords

We offer landlords guaranteed rents under our long-term lease scheme with no voids and no maintenance liability. 

With the Renters’ Rights Act in force and the regulatory landscape for residential letting tightening, a growing number of landlords and developers are choosing guaranteed lease arrangements as a more predictable, lower-risk income model.

As the landlord, you will have one point of contact and no direct involvement with the occupants.

We support Regulated Housing Providers and Care organizations with compliant housing stock.

Our company is fully insured for public liability, and we work with specialist housing solicitors to ensure all agreements are professionally drafted.

Letting Agents

We help letting agents to give our guaranteed rent option — long-term leases solutions to their landlords with void properties. We are offering a solution to your frustrated landlords with properties that have been empty for months.

A property that’s sat empty for months could be exactly what our supported living providers need. Housing provider demand is different from open-market demand.

Guaranteered Occupancy solution you can offer landlords who may be considering walking away

A way to place property that simply won’t let – e.g location may not be attractive to open market demand, but could be exactly what a housing provider needs.

Prospective Tenants

We partnered with a specific Registered Provider to provide housing solutions for DSS/ UC tenants who need both housing and a level of ongoing support such as coaching, employment, budgeting, community integration, etc. However please note this does not include personal care.
